PRE AND POST CRUISE PACKAGES
Why not extend your stay and see more of Europe! A few days before your cruise helps you acclimate to your new surroundings and time zone; a few days after allows you more time to relax and rejuvenate before returning to your daily routine. We have put together several cruise extension packages that can be taken before or after your cruise – or both. See our Extend Your Journey pages for packages, details, and prices.
Travel Insurance is not included in the package price and is highly recommended. DIV Cruises, Inc. Cancellation Fees will be strictly enforced. DIV Cruises, Inc. accepts no responsibility for damage to or loss of baggage or other personal property. We recommend that you carry comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation fees due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control. Protect yourself from cancellation charges, trip interruptions, accidents, and baggage loss.
We can recommend two possible choices for you to consider, or contact your travel professional for a additional recommendation.
Allianz Travel insurance
Travel documents with detailed itinerary including timing and necessary contacts will be issued and mailed to you within four weeks prior to your departure or after the full payment has been received. However, for your convenience each of our ships have full time onboard Cruise Director to assist you and your fellow passengers 24/7 in any need or wish that you may have including making sure cruise program is running smooth and with not interruptions.
ON BOARD MASSAGE SERVICE
On most of our ships, a professional massage therapist is on hand for those who want to pamper themselves and/or their traveling companions (at an additional charge). Your Cruise Director can help you make the appointment for your relaxing massage and “you” time.
ON BOARD WIFI
You’re on vacation to get away – but maybe not completely! Relaxing is important, but we also understand that you sometimes need to be connected – to family, friends, favorite news stations, social media – it is the 21st century, after all. To that end, we offer complimentary, on-board Wi-Fi service on all of our ships, 24/7. Plus, many ships have a laptop you can use to check and send emails, then just walk away from the computer and go back to tranquility.
At DIV Cruises, Inc., we make the needs of our passengers a priority. We will make all efforts possible to ensure an enjoyable, accessible cruise for all. If you have a special meal needs or travel with disabilities, please advise DIV Cruises or your travel agent at the time you book your cruise. Most meal requests can be met. However, sometimes facilities to accommodate everyone are not available. If you travel with disabilities please see the Travelers with Disabilities section of our Terms and Conditions for full details.
